a not-for-profit corporation organized and operating under the
laws of the Stat of Oklahoma, with principal offices located at
420 N.W. 13th Street, Suite 101, Oklahoma City, OK, 73103, as an
unrestricted gift to support the work of the not-for-profit
corporation.
