KIDS COUNT

The annual Oklahoma KIDS COUNT Factbook, generously funde
d by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, reports on issues confronting Oklahoma's children, statewide and county-by-county. The Factbook reports numbers and information on teen births, child abuse, juvenile crime, high school dropouts, child and teen deaths, child poverty, infant mortality and low birth weight infants.

By design, the Factbook urges advocates to share information with local community members and policymakers through the use of talking points and easy-to-understand charts and graphs.

Factbooks:

The research for the Oklahoma KIDS COUNT Factbook was funded in part by the Annie E. Casey Foundation and other local funders and contributors.  We thank them for their support but acknowledge that the findings and conclusions presented in this report are those of the author's alone, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of these foundations or organizations.
